We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your EV Plus product, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, subject to the following conditions:

Item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.

Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the return.

Defective and damaged items must be reported within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or refund.
